Meet Our Team

We are a small, woman-owned brand consultancy. Our team of award-winning, neurodiverse creatives wants to lift up underdogs and make a positive impact in our community. We have over a decade of experience in brand and creative leadership, web design, video production, audio production and engineering, internal communications, and content strategy. We’ve worked with nonprofits (large and small), healthcare organizations, B-corps, tech-for-good startups, award-winning authors, elected officials, and advocates. Our clients are daring, kind, ready to embrace change, and a little goofy.

Partner | Head of Brand Strategy

Curious disrupter. Award-winning author. Storm chaser.

Lifting up underdogs is my jam. I’m proudly neurodivergent and do what I can to advocate for all individuals with disabilities, including giving talks and doing podcasts around creating more accessible content. Storytelling is my superpower. I have over a decade of experience leading creative and communications teams and developing brands that empower and embrace change, from large nonprofits and healthcare organizations to resilient womenpreneurs ready to find their power. I’m also on the board of directors for Atlas Assistance Dogs, a nonprofit that expands access to assistance dogs for individuals with disabilities. I’m either one of the most linear creatives or creative strategists you’ve ever met. My curious mind has allowed me to develop deep expertise in brand + communications strategy, identity design, messaging, video production, and web development/UX. In my spare time, I’m a multi-published, award-winning author with Macmillan who writes about misfits. No, you probably haven’t heard of me. I also write songs, hike, eat lots of avocados, and teach writing workshops to kids. #proudlyneurodivergent

Partner | Head of Operations & Audio Services

Audio geek. Mentor. Everyone’s rock.

After managing business and facility operations for 15 years, it was time to pursue a career in audio.  As a lifelong lover of music, I’ve always gotten lost in the music and heard details many people never paid attention to.  This led to passions for guitar, sound design and audio engineering.  I’ve spent the last 20 years honing my audio engineering and mixing skills.  At Tansy Aster Creative and Tansy Aster Audio, I’m responsible for podcast production, engineering and editing, running audio on shoots and audio post production, video production assistance and the management of our business and daily operations. I also teach courses on how to perfect audio and get the best out of your sound. I love hiking, mountain biking, geeking out on music trivia, and–like my wife and business partner–avocados and storm chasing.

Who We Are and How We Can Help

Our Creative Community Partners

Sometimes a project needs a specialist. We work with talented creatives and specialists in our community and across the country when we need their expertise or skill on a client project.

Amanda McCune – Production Manager & Business Coach

Amanda is an experienced production manager who has worked on everything from a U2 documentary to corporate videos and commericials. She manages schedules and budgets, hires the crew and talent, coordinates the logistics of a shoot, and secures locations, permits, and insurance. She is also passionate about helping business owners, freelancers, and other self-employed individuals maneuver the business world and find the fun in it.

Monci Hoadrea – Voiceover Artist (English & Spanish)

Monci is a bilingual voice over artist with an extensive background in hospitality.  She values creating meaningful relationships, and brings exceptional customer service to each project she voices.  When she’s not playing and creating behind the mic, you can find her hiking the trails in and around Las Vegas, chasing her two rambunctious toddlers, or planning her next road trip adventure with her husband.
